EB3 beneficiary received her EAD card

 

The client is a beneficiary of an employment-based immigration case in the third preference. She received her EAD card, which will allow her to obtain a social security number, apply for a driver’s license, and work in the U.S. She is currently waiting for her immigration application to be approved.
