Design Architect’s O-1 approved, again and again

 

The client has worked as an independent contractor under O-1 status, which was sponsored by an agency. Due to his excellent work, he received an offer from a prestigious architect firm and he retained us to transfer his O-1 status to his new employer. The case was approved in 2 weeks without any RFE (Request for Evidence).
