Immigration application of a U.S. citizen’s foreign spouse, approved

 

The client is a Japanese who entered the U.S. with ESTA and got married to a U.S. citizen. The couple retained Song Law Firm for their immigration matters. We filed the U.S. citizen’s petition and his spouse’s application with USCIS. Both of them are approved now.
