U.S. citizen’s spouse without a status can travel now

 

The U.S. citizen’s spouse was an international student but failed to maintain her status. The spouse wanted to visit his home country but was not able to because he did not have a proper travel document.

When Song Law Firm filed his application to change his status to a permanent resident, we also filed a travel document, which is approved now. Although his application to change his status to a permanent resident is still pending, he is allowed to travel abroad without any restriction.
