EB3 Skilled worker’s employment-based immigration petition is approved

 

The client is in South Korea. While staying in the U.S., he was fortunate to have an interview with a U.S. company and the company decided to hire him. Unfortunately, he was not able to apply for any non-immigration visa such as H-1B at that time.

The client contacted us for advices and Song Law Firm advised the company and the client about an employment-based immigration process, which they decided to take. It took about a year and half to complete this whole process and the petition is now approved.

The client will do an immigration visa interview in South Korea soon.
