EAD Card in a Day

 

 

Our client’s I-485 case is currently pending with USCIS. While waiting for her I-485 result, she failed to maintain her F-1 status and her EAD card recently expired. Unfortunately, the client was informed that her father passed away in South Korea with an accident.
